Carers Trust HoECarers' supportCarers Trust HoE are here to support Carers and are continuing to offer 1:1 support however this will be done by telephone appointments or email.
If you are in self-isolation and need someone to talk to, their Wellbeing Advisors are available on their Wellbeing helpline: 024 7663 2972 (opt 1). They have extended the hours to Monday to Thursday 9am - 5pm and Friday 9-4.30pm and Saturday 10-2pm

Coventry Young Carers ServiceCarers' supportOnline support processes are in place using online messaging services such as Facebook messenger, zoom and Whatsapp and other platforms used by young carers. These are used for text messaging, calls and video calling.
Telephone and online support will also be available during working hours 8:30 – 16:30 , and appointments can be made out of hours with young carers who need it.

Good Neighbours Coventry scheme was founded in 2016 to provide friendship and social activity for over 50s in Coventry.
As of 20.4.20, they are now also temporarily offering befriending and home shopping to disabled/self-isolating isolated adults aged 18-49 in CV1-CV6.

The Silver LineOlder PeopleThe Silver Line operates a confidential, free helpline for older people across the UK (open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, 365 days of the year.)
They offer telephone friendship where they match volunteers with older people based on their interests, facilitated group calls, and help to connect people with local services in their area.
Their specially trained helpline team can offer information, friendship and advice, link callers to local groups and services, offer regular friendship calls and protect and support older people who are suffering abuse and neglect.
