Thanks bear to sue and Hugh for the news. Just a 15 minute queuing time from the a 46 into the hospital a week ago last Friday and the iPhone I’ve had the free parking quite delightful a couple of weeks ago. It’s fine.
So right. You were lucky. Well, we went in later in the evening so that probably are lighting up time thanks to sue a tow to a full 36 Pm or ready it’s beginning to feel spring like I just the snow on the ground. And now we’re moving on to news from the resource center with you. Yes, I’m right here. So don’t need to detain you very much. This week. I have to say we are planning a music event. We haven’t decided what the title is yet, but that will take place on Thursday the 28th of February.
The standard trunk club up can be way

make your interest known if you would like to do so we’re also planning on a on our big spring event that we’ve done the promises auction and what have you in the past well this time

about the 12th 13th of April somewhere around there so again keep keep that in your thing that will be a bigger affair with with with your dinner involved as well and what have you so it’s really good night and you know will want you to spread the tickets far and wide as well so the the more people we can get in taking part in the quiz paying to take part in the quiz Should I hasten to add that the better and the more money we will raise
that will be also be the night that we will draw grand spring raffle. So I’ll give you more details on that because I can’t I can’t do the tickets for that until I know what date the door was going to be. So that’s the theory on that. Now as you heard from Margaret, you know, the weather out there is
getting worse, just at the moment, it was very cold and icy. And I think it’s scheduled to be a bit a bit nippy for the next week or so. So that will have an impact on the buses. If there is quite a lot of snow around or what have you. The traffic gets very bad. So be patient with us if there are any issues to do. I mean, we try not to close the center. We have had to close the center in the past if we get completely flummoxed on with the snow but we’ll try not to be Try not to close but we’ll keep everybody posted on that front.
Finally we got some really good news which is that
Peggy blooms granddaughter Peggy loyal listener and and
attendee at various events and activities here at the Resource Center. her granddaughter Meg has landed a place in the London Marathon and she is going to be running that on behalf of the Resource Center.
So we’re going to help her with sponsorship and what have you. And, you know, if you would like to sponsor
a keen young runner to take part in the London Marathon, you’ll be able to do so here will give you more details about that in due course, the London Marathon I think takes place towards the end of April. So so that, you know, that’ll be a good thing to do. And then, you know, we can all watch and keep an eye out for Megan. She’s only that also I don’t know whether we’ll have a spotter. But anyway, so that is it from the Resource Center. Thank you very much. Thank you very much. Indeed. You.
Are we going to play some music in a little while? No, we’re not. But we’re going to go on to what’s on our way. I think we sue
First of all I would never be forgiven if I didn’t correct something that Margaret said and they lighting up times were actually thanks to Leo. Not to me

the weekly sports roundup outlook sports
Being another word for all I didn’t say that
I thought she said classy. No, no, no,
we may have been some doubt about it was Yes.
Right. I’m going to start with football to upset you know take
take as long as we can.
Yes we wait while you leave this time last week so founder we’re playing Darby in the FA Cup third round replay and Darby one on penalties so they’ve progressed through the reward is in a way to tie their tax return standalone real banana skin that I can see that being awkward so sort of teammates
Coventry can lose to consistently
full program on the weekend in the Premier League there’s only two local teams wolves in Leicester and they were playing one another mind you One can only describe it is thrilling in it was finished up winning
in the 90th minute in fact in time it down for three and I’m going to do then to one into all then three then then three or a wall finished up winning for three with the striker Jada getting a hat trick so I think that means he keeps the Mashable
well yeah well we could afford to buy a few couldn’t eat interestingly same schools we have a ball against Crystal Palace so there’s all these code
we tend to input tends to imply we livable and it’s because they attach we’re very good
But with wolves and Lester it tends to implies on the defensive we’re not very good
but there you go that’s football fine No it’s not necessarily could have been cricket with that score
in the championship Aston Villa at home group to to withhold
Darby at home beat reading to one So continuing to play well Nottingham Forest don’t beaten one nil by Bristol City
which is not too good for them Stoke at home beat leads and leads are
pushing hard for version actually top of the table so for stoked to beat them to one was an excellent result is the first word for the new manager
Birmingham went to Norwich combat some of the teams didn’t get on the bus because they were beaten three one
in Ligue one
Burton Albion after
Nine mil thrashing that Man City play Doncaster at Doncaster drew to to which isn’t about a door Walsall went to Julie I’m a beat them three nail so they did quite well there whereas
called went to Plymouth
who were in the bottom two
and Plymouth beaters to one despite the fact that we scored first
and the to Plymouth golfer score by Mayra used to play for us but didn’t seem that good when he played for us
but he scored about three or four goals for Plymouth in the last few weeks so obviously found perhaps a Pixies are helping him
but there you go
country have played two of the teams who were in the bottom section of the table and drawn with one at home.
And away got beaten by one so we’re not doing too well in fact what is notable
on 39 points country or nine points clear of relegation but 18 points away 17 points away from promotion
is that after last night’s some results
you see I do I do look it was a match last night where were two other teams play let’s play this one again a conference down to 10
you have a we didn’t play so the number
139 points now Yes
Why do I take notice of these so I can hold my
in the non in the league North let me turn went to Boston united and drew one one was the name but I went ahead and
Hereford and drew to two which is quite a good result but this still 10 points deep into relegation
in the EVO stick Southern premier central which is a hell of a match for veterans united home will be in three one by Russia and diamonds
whilst time with where the bigger right and were beaten three nil so I’m doing two wonderfully well there
on Monday night West Brom. We’re playing at Bolton button of course in terrible trouble. They never seem to have any money after 10 players are getting paid Knossos going on, but West Brom one to nil at Bolton
Bolton firmly in the bottom. Three Wild West Brom are just outside the top do
by position but by three points.
And last night as you said.
Warsaw when deployments were beaten to one I’m flying off the table from where they were before I played us and played ma’am
also last night Let me know time will be one nil by stop for county so it goes from bad to worse blogger should we talk about oh yes yes I knew you’d want to because it was the European Champions Cup
bathroom into to lose
would be transitions Yeah And last
is wasps at home or beaten 3719 by Alexa and in their group bathroom wash through the two that don’t qualify to the fall. So just goes to show in fact, Saracens I think the only English club that have qualified
they qualified to go through and will be played at home. They played Glasgow beaten 38 now
19 and now an airplane glides go in the next round.
I think that’ll be the third time of flight. So interesting
Northampton in the European Challenge Cup
beat a team called
Timisoara Saracens whoever they are, they can’t be wonderful because Northampton beat them 111 to three
unless that was a misprint might have been 11
now gosh Northampton’s total points or 292
and Timisoara against 369 so it would seem to be right
so that just goes to Worcester played star franchise and will beat them 3631 and a qualified top of their table
outside that second sort of level cup in
championship Coventry places.
Cornish pirate and country 118 17
which I’ve got to say he’s a heck of a good result doing really well that’s a really good team for them to be yes Excellent. Good God is pirates were significantly above was in the table we held them we held them quite well so we’re interesting measure in
league one barrier Mosley 10 old LTE. Liam’s 14 in to North Hinckley, 15 establish seven and inside boom solid 18 wording nil so we’re sort of the local teams do quite well. The Australian Open continues it’s
been quite exciting. Phaedra got knocked out by this young Greek loud Yeah. Who quite tall Yes, quite skinny, but plays remarkably similar sort of tennis defenders.
In the reach a one handed backhand. And he and he seems to guide about the call. So was almost like watching a younger version of with a lot more here. Yes played against him and beat Phedre and these only 20 is the youngest player to have played to have got to the quarter fight. Notice me file. Yes.
Oh gosh, no joke of it.
Now, of course, so he’s.
beaten Vedra. Yeah,
and then he plays he’s he’s played in that he’s beaten another one. Nice be he beat obviously called ghost. A ghost. Yes. But he’s now he’s playing the doll. And the semi final and he you said it would be wonderful to be the first person to beat all three of the top players in the same Grand Slam tournament because if we could be the know we have
shadow of a doubt almost he’ll be playing doctor visit in the final yeah and for him to underway he’s playing you can’t say can we haven’t got a chance cuz he’s playing remarkably well brilliant stuff really good tennis what Serena Williams is also playing out of escape No shit got beaten yes she got beaten by young plus Tesco Pisco yeah after beating hello yeah she she lost she threw away for match points apparently through the way yeah just just just toss them into the ground that’s unfortunately Jamie Murray is out of the men’s doubles and after the mixed doubles
spot. Oh, yes. Dad said some very nasty things about doubles players. Yes.
So they weren’t good enough to be singles players? Yes. And they don’t work as hard
Mr. bowler You seem to be quite upset
and cross Yes.
The netball World Cup goes on and alone we didn’t win it we did beat Australia 5249 which is a repeat of what they do do me
in the other total was that they want to be the Australians in the final didn’t like what in the Olympics
they when they
whichever it was in pics was it yes
good Trump has won the
here annihilated Ronnie Ronnie Ronnie and beating team for it was 10 it was seven one at the first session and it’s a nice about the first time in seven or eight years he’s won anything of any note funnies never won the Masters before he said he’s got we got fed up with sitting watching other people win today yes
yes I could imagine that but
It is 20 years. Only 2029. Ronnie’s 40 something 41 still nowhere near as old as me I know me I’d struggle to get reach across the top left in the queue wouldn’t have a job lifting the chalk
but luckily when they play at that level I also want to pick the balls out and put them back for them done they had lots of practice of lifting chalks Yes.
Do this. There’s no that was because you’re a teacher. But they didn’t do
as well as
the best people are. Mother was
outnumbered him all results about being a teacher. But you saw me that shame for this week sport.
Thank you very much indeed. Malcolm

Okay thanks Mike for that so can you name the do who recorded that song and is Julia with the latest report in titled Happy New Year I hope 2019 is a good year for everyone. We deserve a good year. My Computer broke a couple of weeks ago. So I have to use my friend John’s computer. It’s not easy. I think he’s taken all the keys off and put them back in the wrong place. He does silly tricks like that because he’s not grown up yet. I can’t use my Braille display either. I will forget how to use Braille if I can’t practice but that’s enough complaining for me. I think 2019 will be a great year and everyone will get a new computer and learn Braille.
Julia? Thank you, Julia. And what are your hopes and plans for the new year? Well, john has grown up because he’s just got married in secret. Sorry, too. So congratulations to john and Jessica on their recent wedding, and all happiness in your future married life. Going back to just before Christmas. Pete Smith has this report on a concert in aid of the Resource Center on Saturday afternoon at 10 o’clock. There was an event that in all the parties to which is nice is one of the oldest Paris climate. It was very good music event where there was a flute music, saxophone, music clarinet music there’s a lot to like popular classic stuff played and Jerry and I
went there enjoyed it really good along with a TD Jakes and everything.
It’s one of the things I’ve always been passionate about my music, that type of music because I used to get locked in this classroom at school
it all the classic music to my dad is a play at home. So it was something I wanted to do. I enjoyed it immensely, and I think you should be proud of not the advocate. She started the event of a great player and I enjoyed everything about it. And Excellent, thank you.
Thank you, Pete and the Coventry flute choir appeared on our
