Look news these these are
thank you very much News team and
we’ve got the lighting up times but it does seem to be it’s 8:10am so we’ve still got a bit bit of way to go and for 24 pm so and Isn’t it fantastic to see GST chink of light a bit longer in the evening
I think it was December the 18th or noticed that they began to draw
I know the evening it was actually December the 18th they began to pull out all the 21st is that is I notice Yeah, but that’s the morning and the evening or never for 24. We still need a bit longer than that.
It’s coming. It’s coming to the
okay right now then we have a news from the resource center with you.
Hello everyone. Well, we have got some information from the
University Hospital and I we just wanted to pass it on it’s about the patient experience is called we care and it’s about the accessible information standard. Now the accessible information standard or a is is a new standard to help make information as accessible to pass it as possible for people using health and social services. Now this could mean making hospital appointment that is available were requested in a large print format, for example, or providing patient information leaflet in an easy read format. The trust will be implementing this new standard from January 19 and once implemented, all patients will be asked about their communication support needs and their preference will be recorded and shared with their consent where a need is identified. Patients will be issued with a communication support card to help ensure they receive information in a suitable format. The standard will commence in the trust Jerry and Jerry
Your a posters and more information will be made available throughout December. So essentially what that means is if you have an appointment at the hospital and then the appointment letter should come in a format that you can read if you have site at least in some sort of accessible form and they will keep that preference on file. If you’ve got any questions about that certainly the next time that you are at the hospital or have contact with with the trust. It’s worth just pointing out what your needs are.
Now we have got some other announcements that we you know, we love our mini bus drivers, we actually love them to bits. They do so much for us, but from time to time they retire, move on start doing other things and so we put out a semi regular appeal for for drivers.
volunteer drivers for our mini buses. So we’d like to put that appeal out through you guys this time if that’s all right. Do you have any relatives, male or female? Doesn’t matter who are under the age of 70 with full driving licenses and a bit of time to spare. Even if it’s like only a couple of hours a week in the daytime, then it could really help us out scheduling
them to drive the mini bus. You know, just on one day we could be great
the more people we can get the better and anyway if you could encourage him to give me a call. Hugh on to 476717522 or indeed Deb’s on the same number or indeed Rosie we would be absolutely delighted to hear from them and do you have if it could be a relative and you could do your very best begging on our behalf and we’d be very grateful for that and speaking of the minibus
We are expecting the weather to get much colder in the next week. And there is even perhaps people keep on telling me that I shall believe it when I see it a bit of snow in the forecast. What this will inevitably mean is that if we do get snow that many buses are going to be a rather
late I should imagine. So we do ask for your forbearance. We’ll just try and make sure that to cope whilst there is the cold weather. Of course, do please wrap up warm at home. Can you get any support to
make sure that you are warming your heating set at the appropriate level. Do please ask and we’ll see what we can arrange.
Now I mentioned last week that we have a theater trip coming up, which is on Tuesday the 29th of January. And we’re going to go and see the children by lyst Lucy Kirkwood.
At the criterion theater is a play sort of separate set in a post apocalyptic world. But it’s too old folk sitting
in their home in this post post apocalyptic world by the sea. As far as I can tell from the information that I have for it,
it’s supposed to be very good play. Indeed.
We are going to do a touch tour at 4:15pm roll from 4:15pm on that Tuesday
will take everybody down to the theater and then back up to the Resource Center for fish and chips or some variation thereof, if you’re not keen on that,
and then down to the theater and then back home again.
The tickets are 10 pounds 50
the fish and chips is three pounds 50 and the bus is six pounds and so that if you have all of those things, it’s 20 pounds on the
knows but you can have picking mix as well if you would like so any of those options in any combination well there’s no point can we fish and chips and bass if you’re not also getting a theater ticket but I assume you’re well up on that anyway
also I mentioned last week about Dr Trudy tumors funeral which takes place is coming Friday the eighth I think it was
now I did say that there was a service open at Oakley Woods crematorium. That’s
outset, Lymington way isn’t it at 2pm and the family have informed us that they would like that to be just family if that’s all right. But there is a Thanksgiving service for today’s extraordinarily long and interesting life
at some Barbara’s at 3pm in this Barbara Nelson followed by
refreshments and nibbles and tea and

So I’m sending you to Birmingham Symphony Hall again, and once more, there’s an afternoon performance so it’s not too bad. Well she mentioned that word old
hearing you say yes he was to
listen to you
right we’ll start with football I’m going to start as we’ve got our
local yeah associate that goes there more often and he’s really necessary
us what it was like a while since you took on women.
Bhutan Wimbledon, nestling firmly at the bottom of the division, city, pushing for promotion. What could go wrong? Well, they scored in one minute. That’s what went wrong. Second half. Fortunately, we closed midway Rafi through with a goal from Luke Thomas, which was directly from to where I was sitting, have said bit of luck. It rebounded off the post, and then it deflected in, apparently, according to the website of commerce shopping, but it was still awarded to Luke Thomas hit our eyes, if nothing else, right, very near the end, there was a superb strike from Liam Kelly from outside on the edge of the box, just hit the goal post
cannot just say at this point, we are all very worried about the state of the pitch. It’s really churning up and showing you know, this is getting worn by the road bit, but on the other hand, at least we’re playing there who knows who knows where we’ll be next year.
I see that to that matter.
was mentioned in Houses of Parliament yes it was
not as part of Brexit
but perhaps as a clue that perhaps we will be playing and you
bottom of the day because my next door neighbor the same thing so I said to him process she was the sort of oh yeah yes absolutely yeah and we really thought they had a minute we can do it regularly but that one that you said it would have gone in whether it be touched collars tell ya yeah definitely Thomas is go right rest of the football results right because this time last week Burton Albion we’re playing the first leg of their kind of a League Cup Semi Final against Manchester City
I assume some of the miss the bus
should be running nine goals without written
But I got in the car here yeah switched on and it was one nil and then apart at home which takes me about seven minutes and it was in Florida
they work I’m a clinical oh yeah yeah and they they get the respect to the 90 days of the gap showed didn’t it? Oh absolutely yeah well they scored $21 in the last three games they’re ridiculous
so full program at the weekend didn’t do very well in the Premiership shit for
local teams lesser would have beaten to one by side
pure go we couldn’t do we’ll wait and say Southampton any had 10 men for motor that that game as well on Monday night on Monday night was replaying Man City to continue to beat them three deal but it was only one meal until
one of the wallflowers were sent off yeah I have been
Manager I would have been absolutely livid with him it was shocking It was shocking I needless meters because he was he was midfield
last anyway I think they were getting frustrated because they were being given a complete run around they will I know they’ve only got one goal but the possession lens that’s ridiculous in the championship but movie in a home to one by Middlesborough. Nottingham Forest went to reading were beaten to now West Brom at home only managed to draw one one with knowledge I’m not sure doing well but then so West Brom. And they would be would have hoped to have done better at home.
Aston Villa went to we’re going to bet they wish they hadn’t bothered because they were beaten three and it was a bit of a thrashing. Darby went to Leeds and were beaten to nil
and which the spying on them trading had to do with it. I don’t know so much because I mean, I’m not a lead time I don’t like the fact that they were completely
playing some very good absolutely in League One Burton Albion clearly we’re still suffering from them and we’re beating at home three two by Julian we’ve heard about Coventry City Warsaw at home or beaten to one by Scunthorpe and in the van aroma know Layton
last again for two at home against chosen Ashton unlimited away were beaten five. That was a right thrashing you wouldn’t have expected that from Remington bed with away it read each word one nil and childhood home were beaten wonderful time with going down again
down and yeah already. Yes. Last night. That was replay so city shows. Please don’t seek to nil trophy came back in the second half to win three two and I play wolves frozen three goals are intense.
a championship team tune elope yes
yeah yeah but it wasn’t no
did money for sure absolutely The only other local Midlands team left anywhere in the FA Cup West Brom on away at Brighton
don’t fancy that much rugby
European Championships he played
wash rent a bath bath 118 60s
little bit lucky
wasps have got to be in rightful they’re losing players left right and center and they are
and Annie Annie shows they’re not they don’t look the team that they were two seasons ago, I’m pleased to say but then people know I don’t like them less than went to Scarlets and last 3310 listed out
The following season I believe may may be wrong, they couldn’t qualify under law know quite a few changes that they made. In fact, I know to Saracens, who beat Leon 2810
yeah are the only team that have already qualified to go through Yeah, everybody else is hanging on a little bit of a in the European Challenge Cup Northampton went to to Claremont and we’re beating 4840, which is probably not about performance. I’ve been playing
Worcester went to Australia and 120 18
and in in the championship commentary time will be in 2017 but
do not deserve to win you can’t say always a producer to Doncaster didn’t know
they had so much possession
possible. Not Tom turnovers and they’re tackling wasn’t
Standard when Doncaster broke right it was a very very poor performance and that’s not just me roll and winter and Macy said exactly the same I just didn’t deserve it. Okay. And this week that was having to Cornish pirates and in theory Cornish partners and infinitely better than Doncaster. Yeah I Saturday’s just taught him a lesson.
We were waiting to see first. Yeah, she’ll be there Birmingham, Mosley went to rather him Titans and were beaten 2120,
Hinckley went to whole Iranians and we’re beating 3127 it’s not going away. This is no Berman Solihull winter Torrington Titans and we’re waiting 2717 so it didn’t didn’t do too well. They’re not eating at home will be in 3328 by look Tony Adams
with minutes to go. There were seven points in front
gave away two tries in the last few minutes he knows how to make you feel better
yeah let me get there oh sorry the original 17 Broad Street 24 they are doing they’re still doing well yeah but the big news of the week must be
must be for me anyway is Andy mores announcement yes the the surgery is obviously been successful
and it showed renews his practice exhibition practice match with jock of which we have that was credible where when you think what he did then
I think he now feels all know we want to go out Wimbledon but he’s actually been quoted as saying after being beaten in the opening round but to be fair the player he was written by he’s always tough man yeah
before I do
Just two sets to love that and then one too. Yeah,
Masonic been on the butt and said, actually, if that’s the last match, it was not a bad match.
And he’s already thinking of having because he’s got to have more surgery. Yeah. Just to improve these. Yeah. quality of life. And I’ll say it’s one of two things and you’ll know that one hip replacement,
but the other one is where they actually coat the existing that’s right joint. Yeah, but also put a new head on the actual thigh bone and coat that and then
push if he has not been funny. If you have a new hip joint that will only last so many years runs it. I know they’re better than they were. Well, they have they have a lifetime. My first one was 2000 and it’s perfect as anything still they used to read.
Yeah. And he said he doesn’t want to play doubles or carry on playing. He’s not deciding what he wants to do. And at the moment, he’s got no motivation to do it. The thing is, it’s going to bet his life for winning
the operation. Yeah, he can’t play and the younger he has it. The speed here is recording is going to be the red zone is really in pain when he’s putting his socks on. Yes, a must read. I know that for you.
I’m very good fit.

who exist to provide personal readers for correspondence extracts from magazines, any print material you need reading, they are willing to do so
every reader is well vetted. They have to provide the names of the dresses of two references who are contacted direct, and if they don’t respond, or even if only one response then that would put the reader is not pursued.
Assuming that they both do respond favorably, the reader would still have to be vetted by one of these police checks. I did what they call them these days if you wanted a reader than the Contact

Now, the C CB has been running a group for those who wish to learn Braille, a very difficult skill for adult learners to acquire. In December 2017 Mel who had been leading the group moved away from the area as a result almost accidentally thanks to a chance meeting with you. In January 2018, we became involved and joined Janice who was being who had been working with a group for some time all three of us came from a background of working within the field of visually impairment. Our aim is to make the sessions of the enjoyable and relaxed as possible for the students and we as tutors find them to be very rewarding having a team of three tutors plus Jeanette who is able
To cover with any of us should be absent has enabled us to work one to one working with the learners means we can tailor the contents of each session to their specific needs
initially working with for students, we now have eight enthusiastic, brainless in two separate classes, all of whom are making very good progress in learning or in some cases, revising Braille. Recently, thanks to the generosity of Coventry Vista, we have been able to purchase three refurbished brainless for the center and have had others donated. These latter have been serviced by Chris Norman and we are now able to loan a Baylor to each of the students who wishes to have one at home with which to practice. Thank you, Leslie and Christine. If you’d like to learn Braille, the classes meet on Fridays Resource Center.
